Fink & Fuchs takes over communications for iBanFirst in Germany

Fink & Fuchs is communicating for the financial services provider iBanFirst in the German market. The innovation communications agency is responsible for increasing the visibility of the FinTech and its service portfolio and helping to shape strategic communications for the brand and Country Manager Besart Shala in Germany.

iBanFirst is a leading European financial services provider headquartered in Brussels that offers companies a digital platform for international payments and currency management. Especially for Germany’s hidden champions, iBanFirst offers a valuable alternative to minimise currency risks, take advantage of state-of-the-art technology and reduce transaction costs. iBanFirst acts as a regulated payment institution under the supervision of the National Bank of Belgium and is authorised throughout the European Union.

Strategic media relations for the German market

Fink & Fuchs is helping iBanFirst to establish itself as a genuine alternative to the traditional house bank for international payment transactions in the SME sector. The mandate includes strategic consulting, media relations focussing on business and industry media as well as the development of targeted communication measures for the German market.

With extensive experience in financial market communications and a deep understanding of the industry, Fink & Fuchs is helping iBanFirst to place key topics in a targeted manner and strengthen its presence on the German market.

‘In Fink & Fuchs, we have found a partner who not only understands financial and economic topics, but also uses targeted storytelling approaches to present them in such a way that they are firmly anchored in the German market,’ says Matthieu Chaigne, Communications Director at iBanFirst. ‘We were won over by the in-depth thematic expertise, the close contacts with leading financial, business and industry media and the understanding of how to prepare our content from France specifically for companies in Germany. Fink & Fuchs provides us with valuable impulses to identify the right communication formats for an even stronger market presence.’
