Fink & Fuchs extends communications mandate for Salesforce

The agency Fink & Fuchs has won the new tender for the communications budget for Salesforce. The communications consultancy is thus continuing its successful collaboration with the world’s leading CRM provider, which began in 2015. Further, it is expanding the mandate to include communications services for Slack, the productivity platform belonging to Salesforce. Fink & Fuchs has previously supported Slack with the Pioneers of Change thought leadership series and other marketing projects.

The consolidation of communications roles at Fink & Fuchs reflects the merging and completion of Slack’s integration with Salesforce since the acquisition. Founded in 1999, cloud pioneer Salesforce has redefined the world of enterprise software during its existence. With the recently launched platform for autonomous AI agents ‘Agentforce’, Salesforce is once again positioning itself as a pioneer.

The innovation communications agency’s mandate includes strategic consulting in the areas of corporate communications, C-level positioning and media relations with a focus on business and industry media as well as support for the marketing teams, including in the areas of product, event and customer marketing.

“We are delighted to continue our almost ten years of trusting and successful cooperation, which has already been honored with numerous shortlist nominations and industry awards,” says Marc Binder, Senior Director Communications Central & Western Europe at Salesforce. “The current AI transformation is challenging companies of all sizes and industries and places high demands on communication. The topic of AI agents is hugely important to Salesforce and our Agentforce platform is experiencing incredible momentum. Fink & Fuchs is our expert for innovation communication and, under the leadership of our communications team, is making an important contribution to the success of Salesforce in Germany.”

“As a cloud pioneer and trailblazer of Software as a Service, Salesforce has a long history of success in digital business models,” says Alexandra Groß, CEO of Fink & Fuchs AG. “With Agentforce, we are now at the beginning of the next exciting innovation. We are proud of the trust that Salesforce has placed in us to continue to be successful together in the future.”
