Alexandra Groß
Chairwoman and CEO
Alexandra Groß is CEO of Fink & Fuchs AG, where she is responsible for the agency’s management and strategic development. A business administration graduate, she joined Fink & Fuchs in 1999 following earlier industry experience, and was appointed to the Executive Board in 2011. From June 2021 to March 2025, Groß also served as President of the GPRA—the association of Germany’s leading PR and communications agencies.
